and having more than one talent in altar, always increase fundamental power of altar so it become apparent every altar owner has to increase their children because it increases the possibilities of having a child get new altar and after transferring their altar to him his altar foundation increase and become more powerful. increase a safety of altar.

so, generally most city owner not accept altar submission but in combination of altar resource problem and attack percentage share not arise and their upgrade resource will be same as normal altar that attract most city altar. it makes city altar survival more viable compared city submission.

After seeing this ash was surprised because he think mana tree will take some time then increase the output of mana mist but he feel this is very good because he having more mana mist output means having a more strength source in a city. that will ultimately make him more-stronger compared to others and his city become strong and he feel this resource will make attract more strong man.
And ash about mana tree from ram but he said he don''t know anything about mana tree but he said that having a new source from mana increase fundamental strength of territory and no owner will publicly tell anyone to other people if he not sure about their loyalty. and he advised ash never publicly admit it and reveal to stranger because a lot of altar owner can become your enemies and blackmail you to get this special resource from you and maybe attack you .

Ram said to ash generally altar owner support each other because more altar they have in eldros, it is best for them because they will have to face less monster attack but sometimes fight for better resource happen and special and unique resource always slay many men of altar owner if both altar city have same level of strength and other can''t suppress other and sometimes both share 50-50% and sometimes they sale the resource if they don''t want fight.
After listening of ram, ash understand more about this world and resource distribution and he knew that he gets something very precious and he proud of himself after all mana tree is upgradable and its contribution will always stand in this city in any level.
After this talking with ram, ash said " goodbye" to ram and he started to walk in city for surveillance.
And he sees in the altar where evan is refining mana mist in the body and window pop in his mind after he want to see evan '' status window .

Ash thinks deep in mind evan and ram is refining mana mist and he was survilance in the territory and he feel they are city owner and he is subject but he know evan''s upgrade to level 1 is easier compared to him and ram ''s refining is for healing his injury so he shouldn''t have these thought in his mind.
