    "Indeed they do, Susan. The ''paralyzers'' are proven to have no adverse health effects, even on those with cybernetic implants. Yet, the android enforcers who replaced humans no longer ask suspects to kneel or get into a passive stance anymore. "


    "Dr. Smith, is that because they have no fear over physical harm or death?"
